PLACEMENT OF ORDERS
When placing an order through floranilotica.com, such order is a binding offer to purchase products in accordance with these terms and conditions. You will, prior to confirming your order, have the opportunity to correct or delete the products you have placed in your shopping cart, and you may change the information provided in connection with your purchase. Your order will not be shipped and is thus not binding until you have pressed “Confirm order”.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
The price of a product is the price quoted at floranilotica.com at the time of placing the order. We make reservations for misprints and sold out products. The shipping price, if any, is also stated on your order as well as the total price of your order, just as it will appear on the order confirmation.
All prices for products at floranilotica.com are applicable until changed. All prices in EUR are stated inclusive of value added Danish tax (VAT) and duty, 25%, but exclusive of shipping costs. VAT will be deducted for delivery addresses outside EU.
You can pay via Paypal or with Dankort® payment card, VISA-Dankort® payment card, Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron cards.
Flora Nilotica will draw the amount from your account, but not until the product is ready for shipment. Once the transaction has been carried through, it will appear from your account. When paying with a payment card, your information is sent directly and SSL encrypted to Flora Nilotica’s payment provider. Flora Nilotica has no access to your payment details.
Flora Nilotica sends you an electronic order confirmation, which constitutes acceptance of your offer to purchase. The order confirmation contains your order number, name, address, delivery address, method of payment, specification of products ordered and the total price including any shipping costs.
Flora Nilotica stores a digital copy of all order confirmations, but we recommend that you print the order confirmation, as it contains important information regarding your purchase. At the same time, the order confirmation is expedient to have later, should you have second thoughts or have complaints about the purchase. Final agreement is entered into when the order confirmation is sent to you from Flora Nilotica. The agreement comprises the products listed in the order confirmation. Once you receive the order confirmation, you should go over it and immediately contact Flora Nilotica, if you believe that it contains faults or discrepancies. What is stated in the order confirmation is applicable unless you make objections immediately after receipt of the order confirmation, since Flora Nilotica will in most cases ship the products immediately after sending the order confirmation.
The usual shipping time is between 2 and 10 weekdays from the date of the order confirmation. Flora Nilotica is responsible for the purchase until you have received it.
The shipping costs for your purchase appear from the order and the order confirmation and will be charged together with your payment for the products purchased.
The shipment is delivered to your home address or a parcel pickup location you choose near you. You will receive the address of the packet pickup location and the time of pickup at the email that was used on the webshop when ordering.
14 DAYS CANCELLATION RIGHT
You have the right to cancel your purchase of a product within 14 days after you have received the purchased product or until 14 days after the first shipment.
You may cancel your purchase of the product by:
- notifying Flora Nilotica hereof and returning the product
- refusing to receive the product while giving us clear message about this
- omitting to collect the product while giving us clear message about this
You must forward a notification that you wish to cancel the purchase within 14 days. The notification should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org
You cannot cancel a purchase by simply refusing to accept it without giving us clear message about this. We recommend that you keep your receipt or documentation that you have sent the notification and the product(s).
If you regret your purchase, the item(s) should be returned to:

The product(s) that you return must be securely wrapped. You have the responsibility for the package/product(s) until we receive it/them. So keep the receipt as well as any tracking number. The product(s) you return must be in fairly same condition as when received.
You must pay the costs in connection with returning the product(s).
PRODUCTS EXCLUDED THE CANCELLATION RIGHT
Some products are excluded from the cancellation right including:
- delivery of products that for health or hygiene reasons are not suitable to be returned, and where the packaging has been broken after delivery.
Since our products are skin care products, you will lose your cancellation right if you break the packaging or use the product as it thus is not of health or hygiene reasons suitable to be returned.
REFUND OF THE PURCHASE AMOUNT
You will receive your money back, including any shipping costs charged by Flora Nilotica in relation to the purchase, as soon as possible after receipt of your notification of cancellation. If you need to return a product, you will not receive your money back until Flora Nilotica has had the opportunity to examine the returned product.
We aim to have happy and satisfied customers. We therefore encourage you to contact us if there are any problems with the products you have purchased.
In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act, as a consumer you have a 24 month claim period (or until product BBE date), which means that if the product is not in conformity with the purchase agreement you may:
- require remedy of the lack of conformity;
- require delivery of substitute products that are in conformity with the purchase agreement;
- require an appropriate reduction of the purchase price; or
- declare the purchase agreement avoided unless the lack of conformity is immaterial.
Of course, the above remedies presuppose that your claim is justified and that the lack of conformity is not due to erroneous use of the product or other damaging conduct.
You shall give Caïo Trading ApS notice of the lack of conformity within a reasonable time after you have discovered the lack of conformity. Any notice given within a period of two months after which you have discovered the lack of conformity is a timely notice.

When you return the product, please enclose a copy of the invoice you received earlier including a note stating what your complaint concerns.
You may also submit a complaint to the Consumer Complaint Board through www.forbrug.dk.
You may also submit a complaint about goods purchased from us to the Danish Dispute Resolution Institute, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark.

DUTY OF INSPECTION AND DEFECTS
When you receive your order, you must immediately examine the order in order to establish any defects or imperfections. You may complain to the Flora Nilotica within two years after receipt of the order, in the case of defects or imperfections. However, you must always remember to make your complaint in reasonable time after having discovered the defect.
The personal data provided to Flora Nilotica in connection with your purchase at floranilotica.com (name, address, telephone number, email etc.) and any other information you may give Flora Nilotica will be treated confidentially and will be used to dispatch your order, for statistical purposes and in connection with other forms of contact with you. Flora Nilotica does not collect information about you from other sources.
The personal data are transmitted from you to floranilotica.com in a non-encrypted form. Personal data are stored by Flora Nilotica in a database located on a secure server to which there is no public access from the Internet. Such information is stored for 6 years and only to the extent permitted by law.
According to the Danish Act on the Processing of Personal Data, you can obtain access to and correct the personal data that concern you. You can also object to the further use of your data.
Credit card information passes through floranilotica.com via a secure and encrypted SSL connection. Flora Nilotica has no access to your payment card information.
In order to make the procedure for your future purchases at floranilotica.com easier, floranilotica.com applies so-called cookies. These are small files, which are stored on your own PC. This implies that you do not need to enter your address the next time you purchase products at floranilotica.com. You can at any time delete cookies from your PC.
When you enter your email address in connection with your purchase from Flora Nilotica, Flora Nilotica may use your email address to contact you regarding your order and regarding the marketing of similar products, unless you request us not to. In addition, Flora Nilotica may use your email address to market products and services to you to the extent that you have accepted to receive such
marketing material. You can at any time opt out of receiving the material by using the link in the electronic marketing material that you receive.
